Submit a Reclamation Case

Use this form to register a customer reclamation case. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please be as precise and descriptive as possible. Before uploading, please optimize file sizes where possible to ensure a successful submission.

Once submitted, a ticket will be created and all further management of this case will happen in Odoo: https://hansa24.odoo.com/odoo/helpdesk/

  • Text describing exactly what is wrong
  • Please indicate where the problem is:
    • inside/outside
    • left/right/front/back side
    • roof/wall/terrace/gutter, etc
  • If customer already informed availability window for repair works
  • If any materials are required (and are they already on site or already ordered?)
  • If the issue was previously repaired / partially corrected
  • If weather conditions are relevant (e.g. roof leaks only during heavy rain)

Don't upload files larger than 5MB. For larger files, first upload to SharePoint and add link into Detailed Description field.
